A

Arrival: Your room will be available for check in after 3 p.m.

Allergies: Kindly contact our housekeeping or reception desk.

Adapter: Various international adapters are available at the reception.

Airport: Distance to Nuremberg airport is app. 13 km.

Air condition: The air conditioner is only used for cooling down your room.
For heating purposes please use the radiator in the room.

Alarm clock: Alarms clocks are available at the reception as well as wake-up calls.

Bathrobe: Bathrobes are available at the reception desk.

Blanket: Should you require another blanket, our housekeeping will bring it to your room.

Breakfast: Monday until Saturday from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Sunday from 6.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. We will be serving breakfast in the breakfast room on the ground floor.

Banks: Our reception will explain the shortest way for you.

Bar: Our bar is opened daily 24 hours.

Bike rental: Bicycles for your excursions can be organized from the reception desk.

Baby cot: Please ask our reception desk.

Babysitter: Please contact our reception if you need a babysitter.

Car rental: Our reception would be pleased to make arrangements for a rental car.

City map: City maps in different languages are available at our reception desk.

Currency exchange: Please contact our reception for currency-exchange.
Processing-fees will be charged.

Credit card: The following cards are accepted by the hotel:
American Express, Visa, Diners Club, EC-Card, JCB, MasterCard

Conferences: Three meeting rooms offer space for up to 60 guests.
Our conference team will be glad to show you our conference facilities.

Complaints: We kindly request you to contact our reception (109) immediately if you have problems
or if there is something that does not meet your expectations.

Church service: Our reception team will give you the church service times and explain you service:
where the churches are.

Copy: You can purchase copies at our reception at a minimal fee.

Departure: We kindly ask you to leave your room until 12 noon.

“Do not disturb”: If you do not want to get disturbed, please put the “do-not-disturb-sign” outside of your door.
If you do not want to get telephone calls, please inform our reception team.

Doctor: Please contact our reception if you need a doctor or dentist.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in our hotel, but not allowed in the breakfast room.
There will be a daily fee charged.

Dry cleaning: Only available from Monday until Friday.
You will get your laundry back the cleaning: next day. Please contact our reception for more information.

Emergency: In case of emergency, please contact our reception desk, telephone 109.
You will find the emergency exit at the end of each floor. Please follow the signs and do not use the lift.

Flowers: Flowers may be ordered at the reception desk.

Flight informations: Our reception will be pleased to assist you with all bookings,
changes and confirmations.

Fire extinguisher: You will find them on each floor.
In case of any fire please contact the hotel-staff immediately. Do not use the elevator.

Gift voucher: The perfect gift for your friends and relatives.
Every package is available as a gift-voucher. Please ask our reception for further details.

H

Hairdresser: Please contact our reception if you need a hairdresser.

Hotel reservation: Please refer to our reception.
They will help you to make a reservation in one of our five ARVENA Hotels.

Housekeeping: Please call our reception -109.

Hygiene: In case you forgot something at home, you will get some sanitary articles at our reception
like toothbrushes, shaver, etc…

Internet: Our free Business-PC is located in the hotel lobby.
Otherwise please use the wireless entry to the internet in the entire hotel.
Access-codes available on reception free of charge.

Ironing service: Please contact our reception if you want to get your clothes ironed.

Key: Your key can be deposited at the reception.

L

Lost property: If you lost or found something, please contact our reception.

Laundry: Please contact our reception or housekeeping for cleaning your laundry.
If you give your laundry to our reception from Monday till Friday until 9.00 a.m.,
you will receive it back the same evening. On weekends there is no laundry service.

Luggage: If you need help to handle your luggage, please don’t hesitate to contact the reception -109.

Luggage storrage:  You can leave your luggage in our luggage room.

Minibar: There is a minibar with beverages and snacks which is refilled daily in every room.
Please state your consumption when you check out.

Messages: Can be collected at reception.

Massage: Different massages can be booked via our reception.

Night Porter: If you need assistance during the night, please don’t hesitate to contact our reception team (109).

Newspaper: Newspapers and journals are available at the reception at a fee.

Pharmacy: A pharmacy is located 400 m from the hotel.

Post: You can buy stamps and postcards at the reception desk.
You can leave your mail at the reception. The mail is collected daily.

Pillow: Our housekeeping will bring you another one to your room.

Pay-TV: Will be automatically charged on your account if used.

R

Radio: Over your TV-set you can receive two radio stations.
Room service: Drinks can be ordered all day and night.
An extra-charge will be added to the bill. For breakfast in your room please ask our reception team the evening before.

Reception: Our reception is occupied 24 hours. You can reach them by dialing the telephone number -109.

Shopping facilities: Our reception will show you the best places for shopping.

Sewing kit: You will find a sewing kit in the bathroom.

Safe: You will find a safe deposit box in your wardrobe.
If you would like to lock your valuables into the main safe, please contact our reception.

Souvenirs: You can buy some souvenirs in our lobby.

Slippers: Slippers are available at the reception desk.

Shoe cleaning machine: You will find them in the main staircase on the ground floor and on the 5th floor.

Sauna area: The Sauna area is located on the 5th floor.
Opening hours are daily from 05.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.

TV program: A TV –Guide will be in your room.

Taxi: The reception will organize a taxi for you.

Telephone: Every room is equipped with a direct-dial telephone.
Please dial “0” to get an outside line. For a room-to-room-call, just dial the room number.
For reception please call “109”.

Telefax: Your facsimiles will be sent and received by our reception.

Tobacco: A cigarette-machine is located on ground floor.
The reception can give you a “ZIGGI-Card” in order to use the machine.

Towel: We change your bedding and towels daily if requested.

Train connection: The reception would be pleased to provide information about the  “Deutsche Bahn“.

Technical support: You can receive technical support upon request.

Underground: The underground station “Messezentrum” is located 720 m from the hotel.
You can buy tickets at the reception or at the ticket machine.

Umbrellas: You can borrow one for free at our reception desk.

W

Wake-Up Call: Please let the reception know the time for your personal wake-up call.
